a cussing chase of crows

cussing in the fog

... nag nag nag.

Drips to the floor

a bristling scowl

... see ya.

Three angry crows

heading west, cutting lines

... falling out.

Never mind, my love

the moon

still listens.

The smile she's faking

snow painting a dream

... but not of her making.

at last, falling from the maples
... old angry words.

Anger in the dark
out, away, washing the stain
... pardons in the rain.

Today
the sun's rage
... tender and remorseful.

What angers
the sun so, little fly

Raised cutting voices
she shrinks to snows
... and erases.
