wandering through fingers
... of forest.

a great grey horse
... swelling.

the moss has held

her first blush
... practiced in a mirror.

Sogged and blackening
an old polaroid
... faces in the rain.

In an old board
faces
... mid-sentence.

Sometimes, it's put right
if I just imagine
... blowing bubbles.

Flight
of a paper moth as far
... as I'd imagined.

And were no peaches
in the meadow but love
... of peaches.

of lovers rapt, of roaming
beneath endless banyans.
